When you book a reservation for a Product through the Website, Lux Egypt Tours collects your payment information and processes your payment as described below under “Payment Processing”. Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date: 40% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date: 65% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 6 days and 1 day before your arrival date: 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. If there is a “No refund/cancellation policy,” this must be very clearly communicated to Cardholders before the purchase decision is made to prevent misunderstanding and disputes.

Redemption: You must provide the original, authentic Lux Egypt Tours Voucher to the appropriate service provider in order to redeem your tour, ticket, or package. Your reservation cannot be honored or redeemed without presenting a valid Lux Egypt Tours Voucher.
Identification: For security purposes, when redeeming your Lux Egypt Tours Voucher you must present a valid Photo ID and sign the Lux Egypt Tours Voucher. This is for identification purposes and helps us to prevent fraud.
